Grandstands and Allocated Chairs

Your tickets will be digital. You will receive an email with instructions on how to transfer your tickets to your digital wallet.

Important: Depending on your order or the type of tickets purchased, Bookers may request you to visit our Hospitality Desk in Copacabana for in-person verification. Please bring:

  • Official photo ID (or passport)
  • The credit card used for your purchase

Boxes (Frisas) and Lounges (Camarotes)

Open and Covered Boxes, as well as Camarote tickets such as Folia Tropical, must be picked up in person at our Hospitality Desk in Copacabana, unless otherwise informed.

Please make an appointment to visit our Hospitality Desk and make sure to present:

  • Official photo ID (or passport)
  • The credit card used for your purchase
